Payment Options

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans,

as well as cash pay options.

Insurance

On the GO Pediatric Therapy accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans.

If you do not have a BCBS PPO plan and would like to submit to your insurance, we will be able to provide you with a superbill which will allow for self-submitting to insurance for potential direct reimbursement.

Cash Pay

We offer Cash Pay options as an alternative when insurance is not available.

Payments are accepted on-site at time of appointment via check or credit card.
